Frequent questions
›How do I join a game?
Ask your host for the join code (or QR code), open the app, tap Join and enter it. You'll land in the lobby with everyone else — the game starts when the host says go.
›A capture didn't register — why?
You need to be inside the point's radius and stay there for the short dwell time. GPS drifts near buildings and under heavy tree cover, so take a step or two and give it a second. In private games, high-value points also need their photo taken before they count.
›Does the app track me all the time?
No. Your location is only used while you're in an active session, to place you on the map and validate captures. Details are in the privacy policy.
›How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It's permanent and removes your data. If you can't get into the app, email us and we'll do it for you.
›When is the iPhone version coming?
It's on the way. There's no date to promise yet — keep an eye on this site.
›A point looks unreachable or unsafe.
Skip it — no point is worth a fence-hop or a road dash. Points come from open map data which is occasionally wrong; tell us about bad ones and we'll feed it back into generation.
